IronGate Managed IT, LLC ("IronGate," "we," "us," or "our") is a managed IT services provider located at Argos, IN. This policy explains what we do with information collected through https://www.igm-it.com and through the phone, email, and text-message channels we use to communicate with prospects and clients.

We only collect information you give us or that your browser sends automatically:

• Information you submit. When you fill out our consult request form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, industry, company size, and anything you type into the message field. Providing your phone number is optional.
• Communication records. Emails, phone calls, and text messages between you and IronGate, including the date and time you consented to receive text messages.
• Technical information. Your browser sends standard request data — IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — which our web server logs for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through this website.

We use the information above to:

• respond to your request and schedule your consult;
• provide, support, and secure the IT services you engage us for;
• send you text messages, if and only if you asked us to (see the section below);
• keep records required for legal, tax, and compliance purposes; and
• protect this website against fraud, spam, and abuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email or text messages to people who have not asked for them.

Text messaging is always optional. You may give consent by checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by telling a member of our team in writing. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to request a consult or to buy anything from us.

By signing up for text messages, you agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from IronGate Managed IT, LLC at the number provided. We keep a record of your opt-in — including the date, time, and the wording you agreed to — for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward to show that consent was given.

IronGate Managed IT, LLC is committed to upholding the highest standards of privacy for all personal information collected through our text messaging services. We do not share, sell, rent, distribute, or trade your personal data to third parties unless legally required to do so. Any information shared with third parties is exclusively for the purpose of delivering our services to you. We assure you that your data will never be shared/sold with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you can opt out at any time by replying with the word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received the message. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly remove you from our messaging list, and you will no longer receive further text communications from us.

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. Vendors that operate our website, email delivery, phone, and text messaging systems on our behalf, under contract, and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
• Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of IronGate, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers. If IronGate is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics profiling. Our web server keeps standard request logs, and your browser may cache static files such as images and stylesheets. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Security is our business. Traffic to and from this site is encrypted with TLS, our administrative area is protected by multi-factor authentication, and access to inquiry data is limited to IronGate staff who need it to respond to you. No system is perfect, but we apply the same controls to our own environment that we recommend to the regulated firms we serve.

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a normal business record — typically no more than three years after our last contact — unless a longer period is required by law or by a client agreement. SMS consent records are kept as described above.

You may at any time:

• reply STOP to a text message to stop all further text messages from us;
• ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you;
• ask us what information we have about you and how it is used.

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting text messaging will be communicated to anyone who has opted in.
